The Limonella is strategically located for excursions to Capri, Ischia, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples and the Amalfi Coast as it is very close to the train station, bus station and the port of Sorrento (1 km away). The International Airport of Naples is 50 km away and the one in Rome is 250 km away.
To reach La Limonella apartment, take the Salerno - Reggio Calabria A3 highway towards Naples. Then take the Castellammare di Stabia exit and follow directions to the Sorrento Peninsula.
After passing through the Meta, Piano di Sorrento and Sant'Agnello villages, you reach Sorrento and you need to follow directions for the hospital. The length of the trip depends on traffic and on the season (1h 20 min)
To reach Sorrento by train you need to take Circumvesuviana railway line that connects Naples (Piazza Garibaldi - Central Station) to the Sorrento Peninsula.
At the station take the train direction Sorrento (end of the line). The trip lasts 70 minutes and trains to Sorrento leave every 30 minutes
Once you reach Sorrento, La Limonella is 10 minutes away and you can also walk there following directions to the hospital.
The Capodichino International Airport in Naples is the closest airport to Sorrento. Once you reach the airport, take the Curreri bus with daily runs.
In case you prefer a different solution, you can take a taxi or reserve a private transfer with driver.
If you prefer to reach Sorrento by sea, take the hydrofoils from Naples port (Molo Beverello) to Marina Piccola, which is the Sorrento port (1 hour).
From the port, it is even easier to reach La Limonella: just a few minutes taking the local buses from the port to the historical center or using the lift that connects the port to the center.
